The Meno Mile

The Meno Mile is an opportunity to have a walk and a chat about menopause and fitness/wellbeing approaches, as well as some yoga-based movement!

Run by Hormonetics and Yoga and Pilates with Eileen, this group is open to perimenopausal / menopausal women based across West Dunbartonshire and beyond, and aims to help you feel more informed, confident, and supported, all while blowing away those cobwebs!

We’ll be meeting at Balloch Castle Country Park on the second Wednesday of each month at 7pm, followed by a coffee in the Balloch House Hotel, finishing around 8.30pm.

The group is limited to 15 spaces, and the cost is £12.50 which includes a tea/coffee/soft drink at the Balloch House Hotel.
